Disagreements that have arisen during the investigation between the employer, the employee and the state labor inspector are considered in the order of subordination to the respective senior chief state labor inspector and (or) in court.

If during the investigation of a work-related accident, it was established by the commission that gross negligence caused or increased harm, the commission applies the combined responsibility of the parties and determines the degree of guilt of the employee and the employer as a percentage.

The materials of the investigation of the accident related to labor activity are to be stored in the organization (employer) for forty-five years; in case of its liquidation, the materials of the accident investigation must be transferred to the state archive at the place of its activity.

A special investigation of a work-related accident with a heavy and fatal outcome is carried out by a commission established within twenty-four hours by the local labor inspectorate from the moment of receiving an opinion on the severity of the workplace injury, composed of Chairman - State Labor Inspector; members - employer and an employee representative.
