UTQD (edition 59) was developed by the Ministry of labor and social protection of population of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with subparagraph 16-1) of article 16 of the Labor code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 23, 2015.
Unified tariff and qualification directory of works and professions of workers (edition 59) (further – UTQD (edition 59)) includes introduction and tariff and qualification characteristics of 44 professions of workers on categories on works on:
production of musical instruments (general professions);
production of keyboard instruments;
production of stringed instruments;
production of plucked instruments;
production of reed instruments;
production of wind and percussion instruments;
repair and restoration of musical instruments.
Tariff and qualification characteristics are developed in relation to the six-digit tariff schedule.
Content of the UTQD (edition 59) is completely revised in accordance with the legislation on languages in the Republic of Kazakhstan, professions in the state language are listed in alphabetical order.
For ease of use, the UTQD (edition 59) provides an alphabetical index (Annex) containing the names of the professions of workers, the range of digits and page numbering.
UTQD (edition 59) is posted on the Internet portal of open regulatory legal acts, on the departmental website of the authorized labor body, agreed with all interested parties, received a positive opinion from the Public Council on issues of labor and social protection of population.
Tariff and qualification characteristics used in classification and assignment of qualifying categories of work in organizations irrespective of their form of ownership and organizational-legal forms where the production and the types of work referred to in this UTQD.
Adoption of the draft order will not entail negative socio-economic and legal consequences.
