to the draft resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On some issues of use of funds allocated to reduce the debt burden of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan»

The draft resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On some issues of use of funds allocated to reduce the debt burden of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan" was developed in pursuance of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 26, 2019 № 34 "On measures to reduce the debt burden of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and in accordance with subparagraph 16) of paragraph 2 of article 5-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On banks and banking activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 30, 2018 "On the Republican budget for 2019 – 2021".

The purpose of the adoption of this draft resolution is to provide assistance to Kazakhstan citizens who find themselves in a difficult life situation, to enable them to improve the financial situation of their families for the most socially vulnerable citizens, including large families, families with disabled children, families who have lost their only breadwinner, recipients of addressed social assistance and children-orphans for various reasons have got into a difficult life situation and can not service the loan commitments taken over them.

Adoption of the draft order will not entail negative social and economic and/or legal consequences.

The draft order is posted on the portal "Electronic Government" in the section open RLA.
