Microcredit under the Employment Program. To get a loan under this program. Who can get a loan? What is the maximum loan amount? What documents must be provided for lending?

Under the Program for the Development of Productive Employment and Mass Entrepreneurship “Enbek", the unemployed and the self-employed have the opportunity to receive preferential microcredit. Today, microcredits are available not only to residents of the village but also to urban residents.

The maximum amount of microcredits for residents of villages and small towns is up to 6 million tenge (up to 2.5 thousand MCI). From this year within the framework of the Program, in order to guarantee the sale of manufactured products, the participants of the Program envisage the development of anchor cooperation, where the amount of microcredit amounts to 12.0 million tenges (up to 5 thousand MCI). And the amount of microcredit in cities, single-industry towns - from 15.6 to 19.2 million tenges (from 6.5 thousand MCI to 8 thousand MCI).

Microcredits are granted for a period of up to 5 years, and for livestock production and the creation of agricultural cooperatives up to 7 years.

In addition, to obtain microcredit, you can contact the employment centers, service centers, the akim of the rural district where you live, the Atameken NPP.

Also, branches of JSC “Fund Damu” are defined as financial agents in the cities, and in the village - JSC “Fund for Financial Support of Agriculture”.

To obtain microcredit, it is necessary to submit to financial agents:

- identification;

- business plan;

- certificate of completion of training in the basics of entrepreneurship;

- documents on the pledger and the pledged security;

- address reference.


In 2018, the microcredit program provided 42 billion tenges, including 31 billion tenges for rural areas and 11 billion tenges for cities and single-industry towns.

At the same time, on the instructions of the Head of State, financing was increased by 20 billion tenges and the amount of microcredit in the current year was 62 billion tenge.

This will provide more than 14 thousand people with micro-credits.
