The procedure for appealing decisions, actions (inaction) of central state bodies, as well as service providers and (or) its officials, the State Corporation and (or) its employees in the provision of public services

Appeal against decisions, actions (inaction) of the service provider and (or) its officials, Public corporations and (or) its employees on the issues of rendering of the state services the complaint moves addressed to the head of service provider or to the head of the Ministry, State Corporation at the address specified in paragraph 14 of the present standard of the state service.

The complaint is submitted in writing by mail or purposely through office of service provider, a Government Corporation or Ministry.

 Confirmation of acceptance of the complaint is its registration (a stamp, entering number and date) in the office of the service provider or the Ministry, with the surname and initials of the person who received the complaint, the time and place, receiving a response to the complaint.

 In case of incorrect service by the worker, the appeal shall be submitted to the head of the State Corporation. Confirmation of acceptance of the complaint in the office of the State Corporation received as if on purpose, and by mail, is its registration (a stamp, entering number and registration date are put down on a second copy of the complaint or in the covering letter to the complaint).

 When sending a complaint through the portal to the service recipient from "personal account" available information on the treatment, which is updated during the processing of the appeal by the service provider (the level of delivery, registration, performance, response on the review or not to review).

 The complaint of service recipient arrived in service provider's address of the Ministry or State Corporation, subject to review within 5 (five) working days from the date of its registration. Motivated answer about results of consideration of complaint shall be sent to the applicant by post or can get it from the service provider office, Ministry or State Corporation.

In case of disagreement with results of the rendered state service the applicant lodged a complaint to the competent authority for assessing and monitoring the quality of public services.

 The complaint of service recipient, arrived to the authorized body to assess and monitor the quality of public services, shall be submitted within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of its registration.

In disagreement cases with results of the rendered state service the applicant goes to court in accordance with legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
