The announcement of the contest of election of members of the Public Council of the Ministry of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan
In order to express the views of civil society on public interest issues, accountability of state bodies to the population, ensuring publicity of the speeches of the heads of state agencies, in November 2015 the Law "On Public councils".
Public councils are formed by the Working group from among representatives of state authorities and on the basis of competition – representatives of non-profit organizations, and citizens.
In this regard, the working group on formation of the Public Council of the Ministry of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by order of the Minister of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 12, 2016 No. 115 announces a contest on the election of the member of the Public Council of the Ministry of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan is eliminated.
Requirements to candidate: Citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the achievement of the age of eighteen (attached ID card or passport).
In addition, the candidate must not:
1) have a criminal record;
2) be in the manner prescribed by law the court recognized as guilty of committing corruption crimes and (or) corruption offences;
3) to be registered in health care organizations about mental illness, alcoholism, drug addiction or substance abuse.
Proposals from non-profit organizations and citizens should be directed, in writing, indicating the Surname, name, patronymic (if any) of the applicant with the Appendix of his autobiography with a photo and documents confirming its compliance with the above requirements.
