On March 13, 2015 under the auspices of the Committee for Labor, Social Protection and Migration of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the participation of representatives from Trade Unions Federation of Kazakhstan, National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan, heads of local executive bodies on labor inspection and coordination and population employment the workshop devoted to effective interaction of employers and labor groups in the prevention of social tension and the resolution of social and labor conflicts.
The workshop participants presented and discussed effective forms and methods of interaction between the parties of social partnership, employers and employees in resolving social and labor conflicts, improvement of social responsibility of business, issues of state control in the field of labor law and management of safety and occupational health, etc.
So, experience in the use of mediation as an effective instrument for resolving labor conflicts professional mediator trainers from Union of Professional Mediators "Kelіsu", as well as representatives of the Centre for Social Partnership "Samruk-Kazyna" shared their experience in the use of mediation as an effective instrument for resolving labor conflicts
Ministry in its turn presented "Methodology for using criteria of determining the social tension and risks of the labor conflict rising" developed by Committee for Labor, Social Protection and Migration of MHSD and Algorithm of common actions of the state authorities and social partnership parties in the event of labor conflict.
In the workshop 85 people took part in total.
