The International Labor Organization is the UN specialized agency which sets as the goal the promotion of social justice principles, internationally recognized human rights and the rights in the sphere of labor. It was created in 1919 and is the only remained large result of the Versaille agreement within the framework of which the League of the Nations was created. The ILO became the first UN specialized agency in 1946. 

As part of the implementation of the Country Program, signed on January 22, 2015 in Davos (Swiss Confederation), the OECD, together with the MLSPP, is working on the project "Review of policies aimed at three groups: youth, older workers and protection of vulnerable groups."

On September 2 of this year (Astana) in the Palace of independence the XIV MASO International conference on information and communication technologies in social security began its work devoted to the topic "On the Way to Standards and Common Decisions in the field of ICT for the Purposes of Social Security".

The International association of social security (hereinafter – ISSA) performed as the event organizer in cooperation with the Ministry of healthcare and social development of the RK and the State social insurance fund of the RK.
