Born in 1977 in Shymkent. Graduated in Kazakh State Law Academy, Eurasian National University named after L.N. Gumilev, and Diplomatic Academy. Ph.D. degree in political science.

From 1998 to 2000 - Associate of the Financial Management of Astana.

Kazakh Labor Minister visited employment center in Taldykorgan

TALDYKORGAN. March 17. During her working trip to Almaty region Kazakh Minister of Labor and Social Protection Gulshara Abdykalikova visited Taldykorgan employment center on Saturday.

KZT 64.9 million was allocated from the national budget to open this center. In 2011 the center provided employment to 205 people. 357 are covered by vocation training.
