The founder of the dynasty - Romanov Anatoly Mikhailovich was born on November 15, 1947, in the city of Uman, Cherkasy Region, the Ukrainian SSR. He began his career on the collective farm in 1964 as a machine operator. In 1972 he graduated from Novopokrovsk Veterinary College, then Semipalatinsk Veterinary Institute, in
1981 Kazakh Institute of Agriculture. In 1983, the economics department of the University of Marxism-Leninism, with a red diploma. He passed the way from the foreman of the integrated brigade to the chief engineer of the Novopokrovsk State Farm Technical School.
In 1992 he headed the Temp cooperative, and in 1995 he became the head of the Lada peasant farm. His wife, Romanova Elsa Andreevna, was born on April 28, 1950, in a village Novopokrovka, Borodulikha district. In 1966 she graduated from 8 classes of KSU "Novopokrovsk secondary school." She graduated from Novopokrovsky Veterinary College Veterinary College. 1970-1995 She worked on the collective farm named after Karl Marx, after reorganization in Novopokrovsky State Farm - technical school. From 1995 to 2010 she worked in the farm "Lada" as a veterinary technician.
