On December 11, 2014 there been held collegium of the Ministry of health care and social development of RK in selector mode concerning main tasks of health care and social development sphere in the context of Message of Head of the state to Kazakhstani public dated November 11 2014 “Nurly zhol- a way to the future” with participation of inspector B.A. Karasayev.

In order to execute an order of the Republic of Kazakhstan’s Minister of Labor and Welfare dt. April 1 2014 № 138-Ө “On approval of the “Oncoming workers release data” form designed to collect administrative data” the new version 2.00 of EFL program module was carried out, which allows the employer to form electronic version of lists on released workers in Microsoft Excel for presenting it to the employment bodies. 

The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan reports that since 3 July 2013, Law No. 105-V of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On provision of pensions in the Republic of Kazakhstan” dated 21 June 2013 (hereinafter referred as the Law) becomes effective

MIRS_E_FORMA.xls module of version 1.06 was introduced by amendments for possible use of the module in the 64-digital version of Microsoft Office 2010. Classifier of types of economic activity has been updated. Classifier was enlarged with search of value according to the employer activity type name.

There was a new edition of ELF software module – electronic list form, allowing an employer to create, by Microsoft Excel, the electronic version of lists on release of workers to submit to employment bodies.

ELF module was developed according to subparagraph 1) point 2 of article 147 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan for monitoring of information on supposed release of workers at enterprises.

According to the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan and article 7 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, each citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan has equal opportunities to implement own rights and freedoms in the sphere of labor and nobody can be exposed to any discrimination while implementing labor rights regardless sex, age, physical defects, race, nationality, language, property, social and official status, place of residence, religion, political convictions, belonging to clan or estate, to public associations.
